1.1. What payment methods are accepted ?
We provide most payment methods for you to make payment easily and safely.
Credit Card: ( Visa & Master Card )
Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Authorizations freeze up the dollar amount from your account, in order to ensure that these funds are available when we charge after the order ships.
Please make sure that your billing information submitted to us corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to us that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.
Please note that If the total amount of payment is over $600(USD), the customer is required to contact our custom service before sending the money in case failed payment.

Western Union is one of the fastest ways to transfer money worldwide. With its cheaper and convenient office locations, we accept this payment method. You can also use credit card to do transfer with Western Union. You can simply click http://www.westernunion.com and you can finish the whole process online.
We will provide additional 10% off for the total order amount when you tansfer money by Western Union.

1.2. Do you do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
We don't do COD orders. Statistics show that > 75% of COD orders turn out to be fraudulent, and cause too many problems. We do apologize to all the honest customers out there for any inconvenience.
1.3. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order has been processed and accepted by our billing department. On occasion, additional verification may be required, and you will be contacted by our billing department should additional information be necessary to process your order.
1.4. Are there any additional fees to be paid, besides the product price and the shipping fee?
No, there would no additional fees applicable. The entire purchase price would be only the watch purchase price plus the shipping fee. You will have full access to our customer support 24/7. The warranty is included for all watches at no charge, and customer satisfaction as always is our number one priority.

2.1. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
If your merchandise is damaged or missing when you receive it please contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another watch to you once we receive back the damaged one.
2.2. How much do I have to pay if you resend the product? Do I have to pay for it again?
We will resent the product to you with free of charges and we will not charge you twice.
2.3. How long will it take if you resend the product to me?
To resend the package, it will take another 9-12 business days from the day we confirm this information.
2.4. How much does shipping cost?
Order Amount < US$100.00, Shipping Fee = US$40.00
Order Amount >=US$100.00, Shipping Fee = US$30.00
Order Amount >=US$200.00, Shipping Fee = US$25.00
Order Amount >=US$400.00, Shipping Fee = US$20.00

There is no limit to the number of products you order, and there would be only 1 shipping charge, so shipping can be combined on multiple orders.
2.5. What methods of shipment do you use?
Depending on the delivery location, we use Express Courier services for shipment. Delivery companies used for shipping include: FEDEX, DHL, EMS Speedpost, as well as UPS.
2.6. How long does it take for shipment to occur once the order is placed?
It takes approximately 4-7 business days for delivery to North America. For international orders, packages would take approximately 6-10 business days. (Business days - excludes weekends and holidays).
2.7. Do you deliver to P.O boxes?
Yes, we do deliver to P.O Boxes as well.
2.8. Do you ship to countries other than the USA?
Yes, we do deliver world wide to all international locations.
2.9. Is there insurance on the package when shipped?
Delivery is 100% guaranteed. As such, in the event of failure of delivery,we will reship the product to you, and will not charge you a second time.
2.10. How discreet is the package, will people know what is inside or what was purchased?
All our replicas are sent 100% discreetly. There is no mention of the product anywhere on the box. Everything is discreetly packaged in a small box for delivery.
2.11. Can I have the product shipped to me overnight?
Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders being received on a daily basis, we are currently unable to ship our packages overnight.
